1. The Kit will arrive with simple instructions but simply put, you place your gold in the envelope and drop it in the
mail, in a pre-paid postage. Or use the Federal Express package for heavier items.
2. Yes! Each customer's Mailing Kits insured while traveling through the US Mail and while in the hands of
Cash4MyGold.com.
3. Please allow us a minimum of 1 week to receive you material. Once received we will contact you within 24 hours!
4. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our payment for your material, you may request your Gold or Jewelry
sent back to you - insured at our expense.
5. Yes! We have no problem with contacting you to describe your pending payment amount for your authorization - In
fact thats our policy! We simply ask that you write your Home, Cell or business number where we can easily contact
you on your form that is included with your shipment. Or on any paper form.
6. We mean, "upon arrival of your Mailing Kit, the processing and issuing of a check will be completed within 24
Hours." Please understand that the Mailing Kit will be traveling to us via US Mail or via Federal Express, which could
take up to 2-10 business days depending upon where you live. Your payment check will approximately take the same
amount of time for you to receive.
7. If you are not sure you can still include it, but make sure it does not say Gold Filled or Gold Plated on it.
8. Many people have a quantity of scrap gold that is too much to fit in our Envelope. In this case, simply call us and
request an "Over Sized Envelope ".
9. Yes. You can also use any Federal Express package.
10. Yes! Our services are completely free. There are no obligations to you!
